    On strength training days I do like 5000 scoops of NLA for her :D

    On cardio only days I take....wait for it...Redline. That's the stuff! 400 mg/scoop! Whooohooo!

    Ehhh. I really want to try a pre-workout. I'm struggling after long work days. But I don't want to depend on it and I KNOW I will end up wanting it for every workout.

    I like the pre workouts that you have to cycle..

    I mean I lied a little earlier.. I'm addicted to the pre workout I have now until it runs out. I'm usually able to handle going without it fairly well. The lifting routines don't feel the same.. I feel fatigued a lot sooner, focus lacking.

    Do you get too amped with those? I can't take anything too crazy. I was thinking about C4, Liporidex or Muscle Pharm. Have you tried any of those?

    I have used C4 and Liporidex and just MP protein. I like them both but C4 gets me a little too shaky. I like how Liporidex doesn't give me a crash and I can take it in the evenings without keeping me awake all night. Not sure about the others ones.
