I just did 30 minute full body workout thanks to my fitness blender for the video ! I am hot a dripping sweat and there was a point were I wanted to stop and then the next ex revise was the squat jumps and I did 2 reps ! I am def not perfect I don't like going to the gym and Im a full time mommy but my 7 month old laughs and smiles at me while I'm working out and it just helps me to KEEP PUSHING find something that will motivate you there is no space for negativity YOU WILL CHANGE YOU Just be patient and try your best
