Which to take:Fat burner vs pre workout supplement? To get the most energy and effective.
Pre workout- of course provide you with energy
Fat burner-fat burning ingredients + energy(caffeine)

    No a huge fan of pre workouts the few that I tried made me jittery... Seems like the thermogenic are more slow acting which works longer for me but I can't take them right before a work out

    I just take a caffein pill from prolabs and 5g of creatine. Never liked pre-workouts, I didn't feel they did much besides the caffein. It's way cheaper to just buy the ingredients you like separately.
