Low sugar high protein moderate meat intake

Hi! I'm looking to lose 15 pounds with the diet described in the title. Protein is high but I'd like to limit my dependence on meat protein for environmental reasons. Using other protein sources, I additionally am trying to limit my sugar intake to around 36 grams. I exercise a fair bit--swimming, weights, may work, yoga, and walking in the woods. Connecting with nature is one of the primary ways I'm seeking to keep myself motivated and on track. Let me know if you have similar goals!
