Where to start!! Suggestion needed!!

I need to start working out but have no clue how to start and where to start.
So simple question. Should I start by doing a full body workout or like most people seem to be doing and go with a specific workout session like Arms one day, legs the other and etc..
What are you Pals doing and how did it worked out for you? Any results?

I've done both and seen results both ways. Honestly the trick when starting out is to stay consistent. Personally if you're lifting 3 days or less I'd go full body. Greater than 3 days a week you may want to do a split just to aid in recovery but can still do full body as well.0

Also consider doing some research from fitness experts like FitnessBlender. They'll show you the correct form when weight lifting. Try following one or two of their programs (assuming you have weights at home), then attempt in the gym.
I separate my major muscle groups. One day I'll do quads, calves and hips, the next day triceps, shoulders and chest, next day abs, biceps and hammies. You get the picture...0 -
