My sync works fine, negative cals enables all working OK

but last night it said i had extra 683 cals to eat due to fitbit and MFp adjustment due to exercise and steps logged ect

I ate back 500 cals to leave a 300 buffer, at the top it had Goal 1590 - food 2022 + exercise 683 = 251 cals ( in green)

I only ate back around 400 odd so thats why i get the green 251 cals.

Then i logged into PC this morning, and it has total eaten 2655 and daily goal was 2273 so i are 382 over and in the red.

wtf?

Ive not unsynced my FITbit to MFP as i think its useless

I will just eat the caloires i need to loose weight and track exercise on fitbit just for the sake of it.

Seems to me it just over complicates things and you end up eating to much anyway so its pointless

Click on any adjustment to see the math MFP used to calculate it. My adjustments were wonky at first, but they got better—as if MFP was "learning" my routine.
