    I only went back 6 days, but I think your diary looks good, assuming that those are foods you enjoy (most of your meals look yummy, by the way). I'm guessing you're not a big breakfast eater; I'm not either. I'd say keep carrying on, unless there's a particular food you were wondering about?! Good job on your weight loss so far!

    Congrats on limiting the Haagen Dazs Peanut Butter Chocolate – my absolute favourite indulgence – I eat one entire tub a week, and yes, in one sitting.
