Does anyone have advice on breaking past this point? I have been at the 215-220 range for at least three months! It is so frustrating! I remember this happened after I lost my first forty, but it wasn't for this long of a period, it is very demoralizing ![:( :(](https://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/resources/emoji/frowning.png)
Does anyone that has gotten past this wall have any advice, I want to finish off that remaining fat!
