need new friends for inspiration and motivation

I'm on and off this all the time. This time I'm going to achieve my goals. I just need some inspiration for exercise I do the usual run cross trainer etc but it gets a bit boring after a while

    Awesome, never give up, ypu can do it, set small goals and you will succeed. Think positive. Anything is attainable if you make it within reach. Go for it! No dream is to far from reach

    Thanks guys! I've tried running out side but after so long I get pain in my joints. So frustrating I got up to doing 10k and had to stop

    Oh dear Holly. Is there somewhere you can swim nearby? Should be easier on the joints. Amazing you used to do 10k. I am picturing you being stick thin already. Anyway, I am going to take the dog for a power walk around the reservoir....not done that yet since I moved here almost a year ago. Fingers crossed I make it back in time for the preschool pick up....

    I've not ran for almost a year now! I've got a new partner and I'm piling on the pounds by the day. Hes lucky he can eat what he wants. Swimming sounds good it's meant to burn alot more calories than the gym. I hadn't thought about it but I think I might go on my next day off. Thanks for the add xx
