    There are a large number of highly experienced and qualified people who post to the forums, so please just get stuck in to the boards and answer questions as you see fit.

    Please be ready to back up your advice / comments with the relevant science, people don't take well to bro-science round these here parts.

    Agreed! Also I'll add: if you have good advice it's always best to give it in the forums rather than private messages. That way, more people can benefit from your knowledge, plus other more experienced trainers can add to it if there are any gaps :)

    Hey there, I was just wondering since your and aspiring personal trainer if you could help me with an issue? I'm currently studying so only have 2-3 hours to play with in the gym for the next month whilst exams are ongoing. Would you advise 15 minute HIIT with 45 minute strength training to mainitain more than transform right now?
