Boiled eggs, yogurt with fruit, veggies, fruits, and even though nuts are not low cal they fill me up so I snack on those often as well.0

Im starting on a low carb diet myself for the first time since counting macros, my breakfasts normally include eggs as they're quick easy and taste great (omlettes with veg, scrambled egg with bacon, advaco baked with egg inside etc). I also love fruit so try to swap things like apples and mangos for berries as they're lower in carbs, so berries and greek yoghurt are great as its high in protein. Try to mix up your proteins to keep things from getting boring (tuna, steak, chicken, turkey breast, salmon). With lots of veg0
