My husband came up with this burger last night so I thought I would share.

For 2 servings.

10 oz ground turkey breast
1/4 cup 2% mozzarella
1/4 cup chopped roasted red peppers
1/4 cup green chiles
Sliced avacado
2 Arnold 100-calorie multi-grain sandwich thins
Reduced-fat Chipotle Mayo

Make 4 patties equal in size, top 1 patty with half the cheese, peppers and chiles. Place second patty on top and seal edges. Repeat for second burger.
Grill on high heat about 4 minutes per side.
Top each burger with sliced avacado and 1 tbsp Chiptole Mayo.

It's delicious and healthy!

P.S. If you have the calories coming, you can also place a piece of 2% pepper jack on top!

That sounds delicious, I think we'll pick up the ingredients today when we do our grocery shopping. Always looking for different things so we don't get bored of our healthy eating!

Thanks for the recipe. My wife is not a "spicy" eater so we just did the burgers with the peppers, cheese, and sprinkled adobo seasoning on it. Served is on a Kaiser roll witrh light mayonaise. It was delicious.
