Is anybody running the Las Vegas Night run (half marathon) in November?

I'd love to do this and even have some (virtual) friends to meet up with! I live in Indiana and Vegas sounds so exciting!!

    Is this Rock n Roll Las Vegas? I know some people who ran it last year. They said the half marathon (which you're planning to run) was AWESOME but the full was kind of a drag--an out and back in dark neighborhoods.

    Well, at least they're doing it at night now, which is much more appropriate for Las Vegas. I did the half in December 2007. It was still dark at gun time (6:30 AM?), with fireworks and an Elvis impersonator, and a good time for one and all. An hour later, the sun was up, and spectators were outnumbered by strip club billboards. What few people were out and about looked like they were finishing up the previous night. Sunday morning in Las Vegas is not the stuff of inspirational running experiences. Have fun!
