Hi all iv recently piled on loads off weight just looked the other way and now I'm 203 llbs..I used to use fitness pal did the gym ect and I lost weight..but stopped using it and now I'm worse than I was to begin with..Iv never done the whole community thing so am new to this part off it..But thought I'd give it a go and hopefully get some good tips ect :)

  • I feel you there. I lost a lot of weight about a year ago after I left my no good husband and started taking care of me, but with stress and kids I've almost put it all back on again. At 211lbs. A lot of my family members have joined this and l thought I might as well give it a try too. Actually having an easy no nonsense way of logging my daily intake and tracking my calories has already made me see results. I've already lost 3lbs in three days. One thing that I've been trying to stick with that seems to be working is only eating the original daily calories limit even when I earn more calories for walking. The way I see it, I did that exercise to burn calories and help me lost weight not so I can eat them back on.

    Good for you on the 3llb weight loss..Yes I agree with you last time I lost my weight I didn't use my exercise calories for food which helped I think..I feel a bit silly as I knew I was putting it on but kept thinking oh ill start next week that was every week I said that ha ha but now I'm hopefully gonna stick at it went back to gym today after nearly a year off it..It killed but ill go again tomorrow and persevere :)
