30 Day Shred- Finishing up Level 1 tomorrow!

I can't believe I made it. I was a major couch potato and I have pushed through and will be completing Level 1 of the 30DS tomorrow!! I am actually excited to begin Level 2. I can already notice a difference with just this first Level, so I can't wait to see what happens after Level 3. I have paired the DVD with 30min on my elliptical every morning. I started out Resistance 1 and could BARELY make it for 20min without feeling like dying. Then a few days in I made it to 25min and now I push through the entire 30min. Not only that...but I start out out at Resistance 1 for the first 5min to warm up now, then Res 2 for 10min, and Resistance 3 for the final 15min of my elliptical workout...and make it all the way through!!! I'm just so proud of myself. I have also been able to stay within my calorie range every day without going over. I lost 1.5lbs last week with a cheat day and even sneaking in a few sweets Feeling more motivated than ever to lost weight and keep it off! I am a mother of 3 (7yrs, 4yrs, & 8mo old baby). If I can do it...anyone can! Looking to lose 15lbs total and then start using weights to build some muscle Please feel free to add me as a friend! I love seeing others results & check-ins. Keeps me motivated :-)))))
