Hi all,
I am Steve and I have been using the fitbit charge hr for the last week or so to keep track of my cardio and myfitness pal to keep on top of my macros.
I made the change from powerlifting to bodydbuilding August 2014 and have steadily been cutting bodyfat since.
Over the last 9 months I have lost 29kg and currently weigh 90kg with a body fat level of 9%.
My ultimate goal is to compete in my first bodybuilding competition in November 2015 at the age of 50.
