hey everyone! After my competition, I decided to start logging my food. This is mainly because after my first comp I went OVERBOARD with my bulking. I gained 17lbs in 3 months.. Lol
I wasn't always the fit kid! Like many of you, food is my PASSION and PLEASURE. I was, as some would say, a husky child. Never confident with myself and often times stayed secluded at home playing videogames.
Anyways, I'll be doing a combination IIFYM, meal timing, and "clean" eating (ex. Rice, chicken, vegetables).
I do believe you can enjoy food and lose weight!
I do believe it's possible gain muscle and lose fat simultaneously through meal timing! (I know some will disagree lol)
I do believe making healthy changes now will have a tremendous effect in the future!
I know losing weight is not only physically, but also MENTALLY challenging so let's motivate each other!
