I recently read a blog article that lead me to The Body Fat Breakthrough. I am sold on the evidence based science and wonder if anyone has any success stories using this technique? I am in week 2 and I can really feel the difference so far.

Negatives are a pretty good training method. They increase time under tension, which is a big factor in hypertrophy (making muscles bigger). It's not a magic bullet for fat loss or even for building muscle. It's simply a strength training technique.0
