Amazing tropical snack/mini-meal with 15g protein and under 300 cals
I threw this together at work the other day for a mini-meal and OMG it was so amazing I had to share! It is the perfect combination of sweet, savory, creamy & crunchy at the same time! Might I add it was so satisfying and filling too!??
1/2 c. 2% cottage cheese ( I used Land O Lakes brand)
1 Dole tropical fruit cup
1 T. toasted coconut flakes ( I used the Let's Do Organic brand)
1/8 c. almond slivers ( I used the Fisher brand)
Put the cottage cheese into a bowl. Open the fruit cup and drink all the juice first, then put the fruit on top of the cottage cheese. Put the coconut on top of the fruit. Put the almonds on top of the coconut.
Enjoy!
