Hey there! I used to be fit years ago but college messed me up. I've battled with my weight for way too long. I've already been logging for almost thirty days and I'm down ten pounds. Can you help? I love talking to people who are trying to lose weight just like I am.

I visit the gym a few times a week and do thirty minutes of cardio and then move onto strength training. Food is my enemy and always has been. Trying to avoid certain foods and watching portion control... those are the hardest. Any advice? Want to be friends? Message me.
