Hey everyone! I just joined this community and am excited for what's to come. I'm here to lose body fat, but also have muscle growth and maintain strength. Not really sure how to do that, so any suggestions would help. Thanks in advance!

Eat at a slight calorie deficit (200-300 cals), get plenty of protein, lift heavy. I'm doing the same thing and managed to lose fat and maintain muscle. You normally won't gain any muscle, but you should lose less - which generally happens in a calorie deficit.0

Unfortunately you will lose some muscle in the process but to minimize the amount of muscle loss I suggest
-lift heavy 4-6 reps heavy for 3 sets
-start high on the diet [reduce calories slightly from maintance]
- use creatine
- Take the cut slow, you are in it for the long haul so just take it slow and enjoy the diet
