Hell Everyone-

Here are my stats and some of the things that I'm doing during my diet. Everyone knows that during diets it can get tiring and repetitive and seem like your body's not changing but it pays off in the end. I just keep telling myself that my body didn't get this big overnight so I won't lose the weight overnight. Lol. So, forums like this make it entertaining! :)

Currently on day 22 of my diet
13lbs down
Cut out: beer and pizza
Two meal replacements per day and eating 5 to 6 times per day. (Pretty clean diet)
1,800 calorie diet.
Bike ride 3 to 4x a week.
It's a slow but exciting process. My starting weight is 240 goal weight 200.
