i am the mom of 5 and finally taking time for me to get fit and healthy I will be starting plexus next week to hopefully help with my journey. But I also know it all starts in the kitchen. Trying to make good choices is hard I am already mostly gluten free( not for the fad I have had gluten problems since I was 3) would love some healthy buddies to inspire and motivate each other along the way

    I have been on it for 3 weeks love the way I feel lost 8 pounds and almost 10 inches

    If you know it's all about what happens in the kitchen, why do you think you need a supplement?
