Not doing so well with my goals

I'm needing all the support I can get I'm getting very upset with myself about my goals that I had set and not following them like I wanted. This has to stop I now have 63 pounds to lose by the end of the year as I'm just disgusted. My goal is to get to the gym 5 days a week and start running and follow a diet that I'm gonna do to lose this weight and get my body back to being healthy and not being over weight on which I have been all my life I'm ready for a Change as I have a son that I wanna be around for a long time. Thank god my husband is also going on a diet to help himself as well being that he's a diabetic and he's also joining me on going to the gym as well so I have all his support which is good.     Congratulations on making the decision to do this, and creating a plan. I know it seems overly simplistic, but the next step is to actually do it. Don't give yourself the option not to. You don't sit around debating on whether you feel like bathing, brushing your teeth and running a comb through your hair. Treat fitness and nutrition the same way. Non negotiable.
