Foods low in fat and high in protein

I've been trying to increase my protein intake with out adding a lot of fats. Any suggestions?

    Whey protein, is good for high protein low carb/ diet. There's is loads of you tubes vids, but be aware of hype

    The basic anser would be chicken and beef. However if you do not like to Way chicken for breakfast i Will recommend yoghurt (with low fat of cause), anorther good one would be bread. I buy High protein bread. It taste good and i begive there is only 2g of fat where there is 12g Of protein in it pr. serving

    Whey protein shakes help me hit my protein goals every day. Tasty, well balanced, easy, portable and flexible (can easily add more, add oats, mix with milk etc).
