hi, I'm trying to lose weight, started at 15st 2lb, now weigh 14st8lb. I also decided to quit smoking on Sunday just gone, so I am on day 5 of that, i am trying so hard to be active and eat healthy. I am feeling tired at the moment and really hungry. Has anyone else gone through this?

    Sure, I think we've all been there at the start. Make sure you're getting enough to eat (i.e., don't net below 1200 calories... and IMO, even that is usually too low). Losing weight can be tough enough without restricting calories so much at the start that you're tired. When I get tired, I end up just munching on whatever is at hand. :) Congrats on quitting smoking! Major wow. :flowerforyou:

    I'm trying to stick to between 1800 and 2000 calories a day but burn off more. I am trying to be more active especially with quitting smoking. So far so good. Thank you for your reply
