so I'm recovering from a restrictive eating disorder and I have started to eat more! It's very mentally hard and was just wondering am I eating enough calories? I'm currently female, 27, 5ft 7inchs and weight 109lbs! I'm eating 2200 at the moment and burn about 300 a day through walking! Is this ok to gain 1/2lb a week? Any advice would be great as I don't have a nutritionist yet to tell me what to exactly to eat I have to wait to be referred and that could take weeks

You are not actually eating the 2200 hundred calories or eating back your exercise calories.. Did I miss something?
If your goal is 2200 and exercise 300 should you not be eating 2500 calories..???0 -
Sorry forgot to say would I gain weight from what u have seen that I'm eating the last few days?

1. You're not actually eating 2200. I clicked through almost two weeks and you hit your goal maybe three days in that timeframe.
2. 2200 - 300 = 1800, which probably isn't enough to gain on (and you're not coming close to hitting that anyway).
3. There are a ton of factors involved in weight restoration, and nobody here is a doctor. The best we can do is point you in the direction of outside resources and hope that you go do your homework.
