Healthy options for overnights!!!!

I work overnights and I know that your metabolism is slower during the night. I am looking for health foods to eat during my overnight shifts that won't make me feel sluggish and add on unwanted pounds. PLEASE HELP!!!

    The metabolism doesn't actually slow down at night. :D Yay~

    The foods I like that keep me full without weighing me down are: bananas, cheese sticks, wraps with lots of vegetables (I like cucumber, baby spinach, and onions) with a bit of meat and cheese, and oatmeal with peanut butter.
