so for few months I've been able to lose about 15 pounds in just walking and watching my intake thanks to MFP and my group support. People in my group are starting to open up on their status which they are on a personal level. And we just encourage eachother for the better you. Sometimes we need that support someone to push us. Someone to keep an eye out for us then we can succeed. Which we have. You looking for that say something here or add me and I'll add you back you may also see my groups of great people just like you. Your not alone we are here.
