So who has calculated their TDEE and is using this as their calorie goal and still managing to lose?!!

I am! Someone on here recommended it to me. I though it was crazy voodoo nonsense and then I tried it. It was recommended too that I use a range, as opposed to a hard number, and mine is 2000-2300 per day.

I'm assuming they mean the TDEE at their goal weight.

Not sure where my last post went.... I'm using TDEE. I still have a BMF so I have a pretty accurate idea of my TDEE. I follow the eat more to weigh less principle. I subtract 15% off my TDEE and eat there. 2400 x .85 = 2040 Cal per day. I'm losing about a pound per week. I also use the quick and dirty calculation of 10-12x body weight for caloric intake.
