After logging for a long while you start to know what you can eat. The serving sizes are more in your mind. I have been told keeping a weight for 2 years helps set your body in to the new set weight. Weigh yourself don't let yourself get over by 2 pounds. Start logging again. I have been on maintance for 15 years and I am 58 years old. I didn't log for 5 years 2 different times. Now that I am older I need to keep my weight lower to keep in the same clothes because my muscle mass is less. I do work out with weights but it doesn't make up for my age.

I didn't log my binges for a long time. Now I log them. And guess what? That has helped a lot. As soon as I get back to my race weight, I will go back to not logging at all. I am actually ok not logging as I have a good feel for portions and calories. As it is, I only estimate.
