I'm New!

Options
Completely brand new. I'm ex-infantry. A knitter. A spinner. A Canadian.

I started logging my food two-and-a-half weeks ago. I've discovered a few things. 1600 calories is a lot of food!

I've been eating just whole vegetables and meat and whole grains-mostly raw oats, and rye bread-and all of my favourite vegetables. I run out of stomach room for veggies before I run out of my daily calories!

Does anyone else have tips for making the whole process of eating very simple? I'm doing very well because I'm not having to cook very much. Having a mental-illness makes me very tired every day and although I'm doing well, having lost 3.4 lbs (post my fitness pal, 15.6 lbs before I discovered it)already, I'm running out of simple meal ideas to make with whole foods!
