Barre3

i workout at barre3 3-4times per week. It's a mix of cardio, Pilates, yoga and ballet. I have no idea how to track this exercise on this app. Any ideas?

    Calisthenics? That's generally what people use for bodyweight resistance with an elevated heart rate, I think :)

    I do Barre3 and log it as 'slimnastics/jazzercise' for 50 min which give me a little over 300 cal which I think is about right, maybe a little low (but I'd rather underestimate exercise calories). When you ask instructors they say it burns between 500-600 cal which I think is an extreeeeeme overestimate!
