Take 2!

Hi all,
So I went on a healthy eating/life style change when I was in my late teens. I was very slightly overweight and managed to lose a stone and a half. I'm now 27, life stresses have come and gone and an extra two stone has appeared. I've tried dieting but always fall off the wagon as they say. I'm determined to do it now though as my dr has warned me I'm only a couple of pound from being overweight, I also carry fat on my middle now which I never did when I was younger.

Anyways first few days have gone fine, doing all the right things I think. The only thing I am noticing now than last time is the hunger! I've cut out my snacks of 2-3 packets of crisps plus chocolate and toast a day. I'm eating three proper meals which I wouldn't usually do, it's usually just one long continued snack!

Last time I just did it and it worked, this time within a few days I'm craving everything in sight. Is it just because I'm older?
