A Year of Discovery

Im ready to take control!! Im taking the next year and pushing this 45 yr old body as far as I can. Hopefully when I am done, I will have reached my goals and I will either be on a competition stage or teaching a class!!
I also am going to "walk" from GA(where I live) to CA(where I am from) in the next year!! Big goals, time to get to work :)
