Attention Paleo'ers and Workaholics

To those who work full time, what do your daily meals look like? Do you eat 3x a day (bfast, lunch, din) or sporadically? Do you prep on Sundays? What about y'all who have kids, how do you balance everything?

I'm on week three and trying to balance everything out.

    Please check my diary. I am not eating 100% paleo but it's pretty good. I had to include more carbs from other sources like potatoes and rice to compensate for my weight training regimen and potential to increase muscle mass (God help me).
