Haven't logged food here in a while. I went Paleo about 4 months ago and have lost 24 pounds. The last couple of weeks my weight loss is slowing so I'm back to logging to get a general idea of my carb intake especially as I think I may not be getting enough. I started running again a few weeks ago and that is about when the weight loss started slowing so maybe bumping these up will help. Anyway, good to be back!
