No I'm not planning to join. But I'm just curious.
My friend has lost 21 lbs (a stone and a half) in 6 or 7 weeks. I don't know her exact stats but approx. 5'6" and 200 lbs to start. She goes on about how on top of her 3 meals a day she is able to drink several bottles of wine a week plus eat take aways plus eat chocolate.
She must be in a calorie deficit to be losing weight but it just seems like she gets to eat so much and still lose weight. She tried to explain the premise of food optimization or whatever it is. ...but I just don't get it
