Jillian Micheals 30 day shred

Hello all,
Just looking for some advice on how to log my exercise. I started the Jillian Micheals 30 day shred level 1 beginers yesterday and when trying to look for it I really saw nothing. I thought I had seen it before but I must not have. What would everyone here log it in as? I logged it in a circuit training because it seemed to be more or less what it was.

    I read on here to log it as circuit training

    also circuit training. Now that I have a heart rate monitor, i just take the cals my monitor says i burned. From what I have seen, most people burn between 200-300, give or take !
