I am soon to be 57.( even if it shows I am 44, I couldn’t find my year when I signed up.) I have struggled with my weight for most of life. I have lost and gained back more times than I can count. A few years ago I had lost about 50 lbs, mostly from joining the gym, working out and walking 3 miles day. Not to mention I really wasn’t eating much either. I would have yogurt with fresh fruit in the morning for breakfast, I would have a salad everyday for lunch, and I would very seldom eat dinner. I hardly ever snacked. Not the most healthy diet for sure. Life changes have not been all that great and now that I have put it all back on and maybe even more, I am struggling hard this time. I have joined the gym again, and I am trying to control what I am eating and counting the calories. I have found that I seem to always have calories left. I am on 1200 calories per day. I have managed to lose 2 lbs in a week better than none ! I am still trying to figure out the food diary, not sure I am doing it right. But it’s a start. And here I am ....ready for a lifestyle change....before it's to late.
