I'm new to MFP and I have been out of the gym for about 7 months. I am now getting geared up to go hell for leather to get my body into the best shape its ever been. I've hired a personal trainer to work me like a dog from 1st July until my body is perfect. I'm looking for other fitness fanatics that I can call on for advice, support and banter!!!! I'm in the Donegal area of Ireland (Letterkenny) so if you live closeby do not hesitate to holler!!!!
