Finding the best protein powder for myself

Hi there!

My goal is to loose body fat and gain some muscle - Been training with weights for a while now. The last couple of months I have been taking Genetix Nutrition Lipo Fyre Chocolate flavor. I was taking one shake a day but started taking two shakes a day as I was not reaching my ideal protein intake.

It has 154cal - 31g protein, 2.8g carbs, 1.6g fat per one serve.

For a woman trying to loose body fat mainly for now, is this brand not suitable?
What should I be paying attention to on the label when choosing protein powder to suit my needs?

    the one you're using should be fine....just keep lifting weights and doin your thang.
    and i dont think your protein intake or the type of protein you buy has much to do with weight loss; eat at a slight calorie deficit. gaining muscle and losing fat at the same time is going to be close to near-impossible, though, just a heads up
