Macros?

I see people posting about macros. "Get your macros". Please explain. Thanks.

    macros = protein/fats/carbs

    If your goal is strictly weight loss then macro adherence is not that important.

    However, if you are going for body recomp, leaner body fat, etc, then macro adherence becomes more important.

    some people try to get their minimums of each in grams and then fill in the rest, others have a different set up.

    ok thanks. Yep I noticed that my proteins are set at 71 and I have yet to meet them. Thanks for the info.
