HI! I am returning to MFP after having given birth in April. The last time I was here over a year ago I successfully got in shape and hope to do so again with the support of like-minded people

Hi! I am 39 also and gave a new baby girl who is 2 months old. I have lost some weight, but still have 28lbs to go. I will say that at 39 it has been much harder than my other pregnancies to lose the weight. I have a 19 and 14 year old also. C-sections with them all, so it has been a struggle. Feel free to add me as a friend. I love working out and am trying to eat healthy to lose the baby weight.0
