Help with Weight Loss Goal

so I found a great template to track my weightloss goals. Basically estimated a loss of 1.5lbs a week in order to figure out the dates for my goals.

My question is. This week I lost 5 pounds. Do I adjust all my goals? Or do I leave them how they are? Right now I am only .8 pounds away from my goal in 3 weeks. I want to challenge myself, but I also know that there may be weeks I don't loose anything and want to give myself room for that.

What would you do?
