One year in! Time to kick some butt and reach my goal

Today marks one year I started my weight loss . I Lost a total of 55 and need about 50 to go to reach my my goal weight.
Any advice on what I can do to achieve losing another 50 less then a year?

    What you did to lose the first 55 lbs seems to be working :D

    It's all about the basics: eat a balanced nutrition with portion control, find a workout program that works for you, move at least 30 minutes a day 5-6 days a week and make sure to have great support!
