Question about calorie spread over the week

Hi. I'm a recent returner after losing most of my weight with weight watchers over the last year. I joined MFP because I really need to eat more since I do a lot of exercise.
I wondered if there is a way to adjust your daily calorie goal so that you have 2 days of "higher calorie" days and then the rest of the week is re-adjusted to be lower accordingly. If not, it doesn't really matter, although I wasn't sure if I was just missing a setting somewhere. Thanks in advance for your advice on this
