G'day everyone,
I would love to have more friends on here who are interested in sharing their food logs, exercises, goals and achievements. Currently I am using IIYFM to help regulate my diet and I've started training for a half-marathon (goal to run in September, although I haven't signed up for one as of yet). I do a lot of cardio (trying to lose 19lbs) and strength exercises. I'm originally from Brisbane, Australia, but moved to Los Angeles last year. I look forward to meeting everyone!
