If you're on your last 30 pounds, you should be losing a pound a week, which is 4 pounds a month...which is 16 pounds in 4 months. I think 30 pounds in 4 months is way too aggressive.0

I doubt it. Unless you starve yourself.0

If you are lucky and can lose 2 pounds per week, it will take a minimum of 5 months.0

Mmmm....maybe 20 pounds in 4 months.0

It's probably realistically going to take at least 6 months. Once you get towards the end and have 10 or less lbs to lose it can take awhile.0

Focus on fitness goals (if you can) and maintaining your caloric deficit and the weight will come off. You'll only make yourself frustrated worrying about whether you're on schedule.0

I would estimate 6 -8 months or even a year as a realistic, reasonable time period for the last 30 lbs.0 -
Here is how my progression went. Started at 282 and went to 150. The last 30 pounds took me from Feb 24 to Sept 14.But then again, I was very determined and rarely cheated, walked between 15,000 - 20,000 steps almost everyday.
