I make myself a latte at home probably 4-5 times a week. I use 1,2% milk, because I have to use lactose free milk and that's the only type the shops here carry. I may put in a little bit of sugar too. It's maybe 70-80 calories, it depends how much milk and sugar i put in it.
Other than that I don't drink much coffee and tea. But when I drink tea I drink it black and with no sugar.0 -
I very rarely drink coffee but when I do it's black with sweetener, other than that I only drink green tea or herbal blueberry tea with sweetener, no milks or creams and I always log all of it right down to each packet of sweetener.0

I log the coffee I drink (a lot) and the sugar I add (a little). To ensure accuracy, I buy sugar packets and use the information from the side of the box.0
